Install System-wide Plug-In
To send faxes systemwide from the print menu of any application, you must install the Faxbot plugin.
If you have purchased Faxbot on the Mac App Store, download the following plug-in. After downloading, open the plug-in and follow the installation instructions.
If you do not want to use the installer, you can install the file manually. Download the following workflow file and save it in your user directory in the folder "~/Library/PDF Services/".
If the folder "PDF Services" does not exist, create a new folder and name it "PDF Services".
If you have downloaded the app from our website, go to the settings and click on "System" and "Install".
After successful installation, you can send a fax from the print menu of any application "PDF" > "Faxbot".
System-wide Fax Function
In any application, which offering you a print dialog, you can also send a fax with Faxbot.In this way the document format does not matter. Faxbot does the rest for you.
In the print dialog of any application choose PDF > Faxbot.
