How do I create a new Skin?

Menu File --> New Skin or Apple + N. After that you will asked for a storage place and to choose a file name.

How do I open an existing Skin?

Menu File --> Open... or Apple + O. After that you will asked to choose an existing Skin file. You can also select a recently opened Skin from the submenu Open Recent.

I receive the error message "Not a valid Tracker Skin!"

The file selected by you does not correspond to a Tracker Skin file. The file must contain the line TITLE=, AUTHOR= and COMMENTS= and be present as type ASCII text.

How are global properties of the Skins changed?

In the menu Skin --> Properties can be changed the name, author as well as the comment and optionally user-defined colors for the tracker menu to be selected.

What is the difference between Pages and Popups, how can I add a new one, delete existing and change whose properties?

When the tab Skin (1) is active, you can chose Pages or Popups in the pulldown menu (2). Depending on choosing will be the existing pages or popups shown (3).
Pages are Desktop-Views in Tracker and popups could be invoked in every page.
To add a new page respectively a new popup, push the +-Button (4), to delete the --Button (5). The properties can be edit with the Preference-Button (6).

In the Toolbox finds a pulldown menu (1). There can you chose between three zoom-levels 100%, 150% and 200% and as a consequence the designview zoom resp. minimize.

What caused the checkbox "Mask Elements" in the toolbox?

The checkbox "Mask Elements" is standard activated (1). Is this the case, becomes all elements in the skin which are maskable, displayed with a mask and as a consequence will the elmements thru the mask on wanted locations be transparent (2). Is the checkbox not active (3), then will the elements displayed without a mask, not transparent displayed (4).

What is a Today-Indicator?

A Today-Indicator will be used, to switch between different views of the today-view. There are these typs: Summary (Summary), this typ will be loaded as standard on activate the today-view in Tracker, Day overview (Day), Week overview (Week) , Month overview (Month), Tasks overview (Tasks) and the Message overview (Messages);

I like that while activating a element a application will be started, that not listed in the application list. How can I even though start the application?

Chose in the pulldown menu "Other Application" (1) and insert the ID of the wanted application in the text field (2). In case you don´t know the ID, can you find out these, run the wanted application on your mobile phone, after that run "Taskman" on your mobile phone (this programm is for free when you bought Tracker), mark the wanted application in Taskman and click in the menu "Advanced - Application Info". In the second row is the UID displayed.

How can I copy a existing element and insert this on an other page or popup?

Make a "Right Click" on the element you want to copy. Press "Copy" on the context menu(1). Go to the place where you want to insert the element, make "Right Click" and press "Paste" on the context menu (2). Elements can also be insert on other pages and popups.
