Visiting the website and server logs
This website runs on a virtual server at Host Europe GmbH and is administered with Plesk. When you visit it, technically necessary connection data is sent to the web server. This includes in particular your IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system information, and, where supplied, the referring page. We process this data to deliver the pages and keep the server secure; Host Europe provides the server infrastructure.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide and secure the website. Regular web server logs are deleted in line with the log rotation configured in Plesk for this domain: older files are removed when the configured maximum number is reached. Data concerning a specific security incident may be kept longer until the incident is resolved.
Contact and support
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, name and message, together with any details or attachments you choose to provide, to handle your request. This website's contact form prepares the message in your email app. It does not send the entries to our web server or store them in your browser.
For requests relating to a contract or steps before entering into one, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We handle other enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering questions about our products. The sender's and recipient's email service providers take part in transmission. We delete the correspondence once the request is resolved and no follow-up is expected, unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage. We cannot reply without a working contact address.
Dial!List license manager
To sign in to the Dial!List license manager, you upload your .licence file. The server reads the license data needed for verification, in particular the email address, signature and timestamp, and compares it with the license records. The application does not store the uploaded file permanently. After successful sign-in, a technically necessary PHP session maintains your signed-in state. In the manager you can update a contact email address, retrieve an existing invoice and reset an activation. The related license and invoice records are retained in line with the contractual relationship and statutory retention duties. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Cookies and embedded content
The static pages embed no external analytics or advertising services and set no first-party cookies. A technically necessary session cookie is used to sign in to the Dial!List license manager. The static pages do not store your language choice in the browser; the license manager may keep it during the PHP session. Fonts come from your operating system; images, stylesheets and scripts are served by the same web server.
Links to other services
Links to the App Store and to Surfed or Cuevello open the respective provider’s website only after you click them. At that point, the provider may receive connection data such as your IP address; its privacy notice applies. App Store purchases and payments are handled by Apple, not on this website.

Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons relating to your particular situation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
