Provider and scope
These terms provide information about PDF Eddini for Mac, provided by Matthias Hühne, HOsy software. The provider’s address and contact information are in the legal notice. Distribution and licensing through the Mac App Store are governed by the Apple terms referenced below.
License and distribution
PDF Eddini is available on the Mac App Store. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license agreement is provided in the App Store. Apple handles purchases and payments. The prices and terms displayed in the App Store or purchase dialog before you buy apply.
Trial and full version
The free 14-day trial starts only when you activate it in the app. It does not automatically turn into a paid purchase. The full version is unlocked by a separate, one-time in-app purchase; there is no subscription. You can restore an existing purchase using “Restore Purchases” with the associated Apple Account.
Your content
Your PDFs, graphics, forms and templates remain your content. You are responsible for having the rights needed to edit and share them. SVG graphics from other creators may have additional license conditions.
Features and compatibility
PDF Eddini adds to and organizes PDF documents. Rendering and support for individual form or annotation features can differ between PDF readers. SVG import supports particular paths and shapes, not every SVG feature. Check important documents in the intended target application. A signature field is not a certificate-based digital signature.
Backups and exports
Keep backups of important documents and review exports before sharing. Exporting a flattened copy permanently draws form fields and annotations onto the pages; that copy can no longer be completed as an interactive form.
Support, updates and statutory rights
For app questions, contact support@hosy.de. Available app updates are delivered through the Mac App Store. Use Apple’s refund process for refund requests relating to App Store purchases. Eligibility depends on the applicable terms and legal requirements. Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer rights, remain unaffected.
